Ask why this product has such poor user reviews on CNET?

CNET is poor itself, there is no problem for other companies to make an account there and bad-rate/review rival softwares as bad. That is only ONE method that is possible there. The other method is that peoples from the own company can good-rate their own products, as often as they want. If you really want to have trustworthy software reviews, you really should not go to CNET! CNET will whether review the reviews itself nor they are trying to make the rating and voting transparency and reliable. Think about it.
